Practitioners listed on My Rehab Journey agree to:

• Maintain all required professional licenses, registrations, and insurance
• Provide accurate, current information about their practice and qualifications
• Respond professionally to client enquiries and maintain confidentiality
• Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
• Not engage in discrimination, harassment, or abuse of clients
• Report any changes to their status or qualifications to My Rehab Journey
• Not use client information obtained through My Rehab Journey for purposes other than providing care

Practitioners who violate these terms may have their listings removed without notice. We reserve the right to conduct disciplinary investigations and may report serious violations to appropriate regulatory bodies.

10. User Responsibilities

Users of My Rehab Journey agree to:

• Provide accurate information when contacting practitioners or the Site
• Respect the privacy and dignity of practitioners and other users
• Not engage in harassment, threatening behavior, or abuse
• Not post false, defamatory, or misleading information
• Understand that My Rehab Journey is a directory service, not a medical provider
• Verify practitioner information independently when making healthcare decisions
• Report concerns about practitioners through appropriate channels

11. What This Site Is Not

My Rehab Journey is a directory service connecting people with rehabilitation professionals. The Site is NOT:

• A medical advice service or clinic
• A provider of medical, therapeutic, or psychiatric services
• A substitute for professional medical advice or consultation
• Responsible for the actions, expertise, or conduct of listed practitioners
• Liable for outcomes of treatment or care provided by practitioners

12. Liability and Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for verifying the qualifications and suitability of any practitioner before engaging their services
• You are responsible for communicating your health needs, concerns, and medical history to any practitioner you contact
• You should always seek second opinions and verify information independently
• My Rehab Journey is not liable for the quality, effectiveness, or safety of any services provided by listed practitioners
• My Rehab Journey is not liable for any medical outcomes, adverse reactions, or professional misconduct by practitioners

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of this Site shall be governed by the laws of the UK and Australia (depending on your location) and resolved through appropriate legal channels. Users and practitioners agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

14. Termination

My Rehab Journey reserves the right to terminate access to the Site for users or practitioners who violate these terms. Termination may occur with or without notice at our discretion.
