Who can list on My Rehab Journey?
Any qualified practitioner working in neurological rehabilitation or support can apply. This includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, neuro massage therapists, clinical psychologists, support workers, and more.
What is the verification process?
When you apply for a verified listing, you'll be asked to submit proof of your qualifications, valid professional indemnity insurance, and professional registration details (such as your HCPC number). Our team reviews these before awarding the Verified Practitioner badge.
I trained with the Neuro Training School. Does that help?
Yes. Neuro Training School graduates are trained to a recognised international standard in neurological massage therapy. Your NTS qualification is accepted as part of the verification process. See our full verification FAQ →
What is the difference between the listing tiers?
Free: Basic profile with your name, profession, location, conditions, and contact details.
Solo (£19/yr): Full individual profile with photo, extended bio, website link, social media, and Verified badge.
Clinic (£49/yr): Everything in Solo, plus up to 5 team member profiles under one listing.
Enterprise: For large multi-site organisations. Custom pricing. Contact us to discuss.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your listing at any time from your account dashboard.
How do I manage or update my listing?
Log in to your account on the My Rehab Journey website to update your bio, services, contact details, and photos at any time.
What is a Boosted listing?
A Boosted listing appears at the top of search results for your specialism and location, giving you greater visibility to patients and families searching the directory.
Will I be listed in the Australian directory too?
The Australian directory is currently in development. If you practise in Australia or would like to be notified when it launches, get in touch and we'll add you to the waitlist.
I'm not sure if I qualify. How do I find out?
